Advanced Sports & Family Chiropractic is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Rehab Coordinator to join our amazing team.

💼 What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients heal, recover, and feel supported throughout their care journey.

Responsibilities Include:

Guiding and encouraging patients through rehab exercises
Accurately charting patient visits
Answering phone calls and assisting patients
Supporting front desk operations as needed
Creating a welcoming, upbeat experience for every patient

📚 Training is provided for all responsibilities.

🕒 Schedule

Monday: 6:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

➡️ When you work a Saturday, you’ll receive one weekday off that same week.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

We have locations in Overland Park, KS, Olathe, KS, Prairie Village, KS, Lee’s Summit, MO, Belton/Raymore, MO, and Blue Springs, MO with more clinic locations coming.

Our Chiropractic and Acupuncture Clinics offer a whole and integrated approach to treating your body naturally and our doctors are experts in their fields. We use multiple techniques of care completely dependent upon YOU and what your body needs. With the combined knowledge of a team of doctors within our multiple locations: male and female (from different schools around the nation) we have lots of options, techniques and expertise to offer. We are experts in our fields! If you don’t know the name of your technique, again no worries: We offer Chiropractic both by hand (manual) and with low force tools (activator & thompson).
